Today's Sunday eats:

5 eggs (same as yesterday)

1 pork rind (wife handed it to me)

Can of vienna sausage. Guilty pleasure.

2 hot dogs. Cold. Just the dog.

No garlic.

Maybe 8-10oz of leftover steak

Milk, water, coffee (but about 1/2 as much coffee as most days).

I did have a piece of cheesecake last night. I will probably have one tonight before bed as well.
