What does the Plus stand for?
Although the details for this have not yet been released, it is likely that the plus means it is bundled with other digital assets or strategies. It would be amusing if it had some kind of unique special feature that set it apart from ibit and the rest.

You can't help but wonder if the next rallying cry will be 'Make Bitcoin Great Again!'
So much good news, yet the Bitcoin price is stagnating – why is that?
The price has been in a high volitility 10k range since its last 'step up' but generally sideways for the last 3 months. Notice that visually the price movement is rather a series of steps this cycle rather than a set of peaks that were seen in previous cycles. On the 5 year chart you see this stepping formation. Judging by the adoption advancements I can easily see more steps in the near future.
Actually, the price isn't that important to me. I wish that almost everyone in the world would save in Bitcoin and shed the slavery of fiat currency.
Thats my thoughts about the price action anyway. 
It appears to be a strategic move by TMTG to align financial products with political and thematic narratives, leveraging brand recognition to attract investment. The $250 million backing suggests significant ambition, though market reception will be key.
