The most important thing that’s starts my day off correctly is getting up early.

Otherwise I feel rushed and behind.

Water, sunlight, exercise, coffee, and some good instrumental music are also integral to my ability to focus for the rest of the day.

Exercise is the ones that’s hard for me. I have ZERO motivation to workout ever 😬

Same, I wish I could get up and workout. I’ve tried it’s tough and never sticks.

Same here on waking up early. If I get up late my day is shot. I need that few hours to myself before I can start the day.
