I've thought about this too. My cousin is getting married in a couple weeks. She's the only family member I've ever orange pilled. I gotta get her more bitcoin.
I 3D print my A-chips in a custom housing with a lightning wallet (can do UTXO) on there and have them tap-to-recieve to get them their first wallet with some sats
Next I need to auto populate a lightning@address for them so one-tap-zaps are available
(I should be at Nostr Valley so I'll bring a few to show)

Option 1 
I did gift bitcoin as a wedding gift. Made them a lndhub account and added sats to it and gave them download instructions with their wallet info. (uses tor)
