There is a Ghost plugin for BTC pay server. I might try to configure this as it's been done before but I'm not sure how the recurring payments work. Ghost is tightly integrated with stripe for recurring payments but I hear it's possible with BTC pay server.
I wonder how platforms like getalby.com do it? I get billed by them via LN each month. However they are hosting my Lightning node so that might make it easier! lol

Well, the docs look reasonably complete, which is a start. I've done a bunch of Stripe integrations in my time, but have never done a BTC/LN payment one. The recurring aspect adds complexity for sure. Good luck with it!
