It’s actual an ancient practice. There is nothing new about it :)
Let’s not forget we are on a moving ball in space. Ancient cultures across different continents that did not contact each other observed movements and patterns in the stars and gave strikingly similar attributes to them. The moon has always represented the mother, maternal, healing energies across cultures and continents.
The moon’s pull is so strong it effects the tides of the ocean. So what does it do to our bodies that are 70% water?
