Avoiding new projects, letting things take more time, less phone scrolling more sitting and being still, reading for pleasure and (trying) to not feel guilty that I should be doing something else more “productive” - a lot of little mental things to feel more in the moment. That’s what slowing down is for me. I’ve been retired for a few years, but I still often feel the Life 1.0 rush to Do Things, so making a conscious effort to unprogram myself from that these next two months.
