I've wanted to be a father for most of my life.
One of my students in China years ago told me, "Once a teacher, always a father."
I was so honored by that comment. It was truly a gift.
But now, God in his favor has given me a son.
And he is beautiful.
I didn't know life could be so meaningful.
But here I am in this living miracle.
My heart is full.
One day, years from now, you can show your son you were proud of him from day 1. Congratulations!

It may be full now, but it will keep getting fuller once you have more kids. Being a father is the hardest, most rewarding job there is.
