Alas, there will be cost to use leading edge technologies.. especially one that promote self custodial of one's own money. I recommend we bite the bullet, be reckless with small amount of sats and help them scale, if we can afford it.

im using wos for that matter. doesnt mean we should not lookout for decentralization

So, how does zapple works.. it zap and forward the invoice to WOS? WOS no need to have any direct connection to any nostr client,right?

zapplepay doesnt work with wos.

it however works with getalby (which is custodian) and mutiny (which is self-custody).

it leverages a technology called nostr+wallect connect (nwc), an API like technology that allow remote spending of wallet with control and limit such as revokable permission, budget control and nwc expiry
