Layer 2 not Bitcoin sats that don’t support the network? Yup. Heard of it.
Go look at Kasia.fyi. Just came onboard. Every text message is a transaction on the base layer. This will be the future of authentic communication.
Why do I need a blockchain for that? Authenticity is verified with my signature. Blockchain is just a way to decentralised the audit of a ledger
Would you not prefer to support miners by sending messages and publishing content?
I can't tell if you are serious or not
Did you look at Kasia.fyi?
be careful out there, you are being scammed
Please inform me how I’m being scammed. If you’re not willing to look and study, doesn’t it seem like an oxymoron to teach?
sorry I have no interest in giving away my money to miners for a false use case
Money is time and energy in abstract form. If you create content on YouTube or NOSTR, and were able to put that on the base layer, where it can be viewed with a transaction on tha base layer, you can own all of your money (time and energy) in an open protocol.
give it some thought, I said it all
I’ve given it lots of thought and I will continue to. Media content continues to make lots of money for people. Look at influencers on Tik Tok, Instagram, Spotify, and YouTube, etc. Those platforms control the money flowing in and out. This is why Rogan signs a contract rather than somebody seeing the title and guest of a podcast and then transacting to view it (this could look a couple of different ways). But if an open source platform transacted everything on the base layer, this legitimizes everything and puts money in the content creators hands vs the platform no?
Message me on Kasia.fyi. My KNS is cody90. Then I’ll know you’re serious about discussing the merits of scaling content on the base layer.
