I got a calendar from my girlfriend counting down the 24 days in December to Christmas. I get one little bottle of aquavit (Norwegian 40% alcohol) every day 🥃

Creative! Does aquavit come with naturally differing flavors? terroir, feedstock for fermentation? People used to tell me “vodka is flavorless” but grape/potato/wheat based vodkas are all very different.
