I mean you gotta start somewhere. Not because you don’t own a house means you’re gonna live in the streets. You must trust a rental, or a lender first and make the amount of work required until you HAVE your house.
It goes slow and then suddenly. Most people that are already in the “Owned house stage” forget to be humble and notice others lack of knowledge in this regard.

Good question.
There isn't unfortunately. But if you add them in date order they should be saved in that order. I've got drag and drop ordering in my ultra long feature request list but it'll be a while before I get there.
