Had to write a “pull your head in email” today.

Really don’t like doing it, have written maybe 3-4 in the last 10 years. Usually a call or face-to-face does the job but sometimes the behaviour is so egregious and all documented in writing that it has to be done that way.

The saddest part is I saw this one coming 10 years ago and avoided working with the guy because I sensed it would happen with him. First time our paths actually cross and he immediately becomes a fkn snake in the grass as I expected.

Fortunately I am the one who does the fucking in my parts so he was quickly squashed back in to his box, but the flow-ons will be a headache I’m sure.

Stand up to dickheads. Don’t let anyone be a snake in your orbit. Don’t tolerate bad behaviour.
