Some things that help me:

- vomiting stream of consciousness words on to the page

- going for a walk

- meditating and breathing techniques- these help my creativity a lot

- talk about the content I want to write with a friend

- waiting until the last minute before a deadline, freaking out, and letting my stress and anxiousness do the work for me

Oooh I forgot one more - high carb snacks - great for the brain (at least for me). If I’m too low on carbs I get all spacy

The last one is what I typically do, lol, but it makes the process more stressful, which I think contributes to anxiety around writing.

I will try the other ones though! Thank you for your suggestions.
