The only thing that's noticably being monitored and moderated is adult content, the filters are too strict and are worse for femme type bodies, making it possible for hog to reach "what's hot" but we couldn't, even when clothed.
And they heavily relied on members, including sex workers, to get it to a place people wanted to be and then fed them to the wolves.

I say it that way to be inclusive of trans people. Who were also affected by the filter as it was essentially misgendering them by being too lenient or too strict
