What if when somebody create an account on Orange Pill App we automatically give them an npub? How would the nsec be handled?

Make OPA a signing app like Amber.
Can you explain what this entails
This is Amber. It lets you sign into Nostr apps without giving up your nsec.
You can build a OPA Nostr signer Brower extension where users can separately create and sign with the nsec and also manage their OPA LN Wallet (like Alby).
Or, to start basic, simply provide the nsec at the registration and simply login with that.
Look into how stacker news does it. I think they offer to bring your own, if not they generate it.
Why do users still need to register first after choosing to log in with Nostr?
If they already have an npub they can use that to sign up on OPA. We’re thinking about people who don’t have an npub / never heard of Nostr
I know coinos does that from creating an account on there. It's magic to me since I'm not a developer.
You could do it the way MK Stack websites handle it, by generating the keys client-side and instructing users to download and keep them safe. It also has to be optional because users coming to OPA from Nostr won’t need this.
