Unqualified nutrition nerd. πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Peanuts do seem to have a higher tendency of absorbing/developing some bad compounds compared to other nuts (although peanuts are technically legumes πŸ™„) but the benefits seem to outweigh the side effects. Pay attention to how you feel, don’t eat too much of it and you’ll be great. Variety is much more valuable for your microbial than splitting hairs about real, whole food.
