‼️ Brazilian Supreme Court Alexandre de Moraes has just used a post on X to issue a judicial order requiring @elonmusk to appoint a legal representative for the platform in Brazil within 24 hours. If the order is not followed, Moraes threatens to completely disconnect the service in Brazil.
That the Brazilian people have not risen up to dethrone this tyrant will mar their record for decades, maybe centuries to come.
Sad, but true. Maybe this is the only way to wake up the unwary, who insist that everything is fine and democracy is still going strong.
We are very polarized and there are many people who support decisions like this one from the Supreme Court.
