Potatoes go really well with salt, two sticks of butter, 8oz sour cream, and a splash of milk.

Wasn’t expecting the milk. I would probably regret that later

Not if it's raw. The fats help digest the lactose.

Lactose intolerance is a scam.

I have always had issues with milk and cheese though for some reason.

I only drink raw milk

Yeah I'm intolerant too.

I was, once upon a time, an avid consoomer of lactase pills. No longer.

I don't even do that. I was told it was an allergy originally, although I don't trust that diagnosis. I stay away from dairy entirely.

Dairy fucks me up but not bad enough to where I can’t eat it. Just have to limit it and not mix it with certain foods.

Maybe you would be fine with certain kinds of milk then, like unpasteurized or something. Idk, I've never looked into it.

Yes you would. Unpasteurized, non homogenized milk aka raw milk.

Not safe for human consumption in the great state of Florida, and only for use as pet food.

Perfection πŸ‘Œ

Don't forget the prime rib.

Y'all sure know how to bake a potato up there πŸ˜‚

Do you have a recipe for this?

Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

4 tbsp butter, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper

Chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400Β°F.

Pierce potatoes with fork, rub with oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake for 1 hour.

Halve potatoes; scoop out flesh, leaving a shell.

Mash potato with sour cream, milk, butter, half the cheese, bacon, onions, salt, and pepper.

Pipe or spoon the mashed potato mixture back into the potato skins, top with remaining cheese.

Bake again at 350Β°F for 15-20 mins until cheese is melted.

Garnish with chives if desired. Serve warm.

Thanks! I'll try this out 😁

took a while to out together lol

sounds more difficult than it is ....
