Potatoes go really well with salt, two sticks of butter, 8oz sour cream, and a splash of milk.
Discussion
Wasnβt expecting the milk. I would probably regret that later
Yeah I'm intolerant too.

I was, once upon a time, an avid consoomer of lactase pills. No longer.
I don't even do that. I was told it was an allergy originally, although I don't trust that diagnosis. I stay away from dairy entirely.
Dairy fucks me up but not bad enough to where I canβt eat it. Just have to limit it and not mix it with certain foods.
Perfection π
and a lot of mashing
Y'all sure know how to bake a potato up there π
Do you have a recipe for this?
Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
4 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
Chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
Pierce potatoes with fork, rub with oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake for 1 hour.
Halve potatoes; scoop out flesh, leaving a shell.
Mash potato with sour cream, milk, butter, half the cheese, bacon, onions, salt, and pepper.
Pipe or spoon the mashed potato mixture back into the potato skins, top with remaining cheese.
Bake again at 350Β°F for 15-20 mins until cheese is melted.
Garnish with chives if desired. Serve warm.
Thanks! I'll try this out π
