Taking these bacon wrapped green bean bundles to a church event right now! They have made the apartment and car smell really good 🥓

The beans were purple beans from Joyous Gardens, but like many purple green beans or purple cauliflower, lost their color in cooking. If anyone wants to recommend varieties of these vegetables to grow that retain their purple color when cooked, please let me know! I know I’ve heard of some and would love to grow them / make a color-retaining landrace when I have land.
