Here you go...You bake the loaf, cool it fully, wrap in paper, freeze solid, vacuum seal, ship frozen using insulation in the box via USPS priority Monday-Wednesday (not over the weekend).
Recipient opens box immediately, removes insulation, and keeps the loaf sealed while it thaws at room temperature for 2–4 hours if frozen; once fully thawed (or immediately if already thawed), opens the bag and lets the loaf air out for 30–60 minutes, then refreshes it in a 375°F oven for 10–15 minutes, cool briefly before slicing, and either enjoy within 1–2 days or slice and freeze for longer storage.
