Colorful-Rainbowl for lunch! 😋

A quick and easy one-pan miso-butter chicken bowl. While the chicken thighs were searing, I chopped the veggies and boiled the corn, then added butter once it was done. When the chicken was fully cooked, I took it out of the pan and added broth, miso, butter, shoyu, and mirin, letting it all simmer for about five minutes.

And just like that—lunch is ready! 😊
