It’s way too early to decide why this guy was shot. No one knows anything yet. Was he a political figure? Yes, of course. But that doesn’t mean the shooter was motivated by opposing political beliefs. Life is way more complicated than that.
The kid that shot at Trump was not a left wing ideologue, for instance.
