Do you mean earning income? Because receiving money, you can just use something like Strike by lightning or Wise by foreign fiat. Shouldn't be charged taxes on receiving money. Just earning it above any personal tax credits you may have in that country.
I receive my salary in a foreign country (foreign bank), I would like to transfer only my monthly salary to pay my costs (rent, etc.)
None really if you need to operate there/from there. Ireland if you’re a business.

Ok well that’s what I do. But I have cancelled my residence in Europe, have residence in the Middle East and not report anything to anyone in Europe while I can be here for unlimited time as a citizen as long as the residence is registered elsewhere outside. Getting the residence somewhere else is the tricky part which you need to figure out and then remove yourself from the system in Europe. All you need then is private health insurance, eu doesn’t really offer any other benefits from residency, just obligations.
