Notes and other stuff transmitted through relay (NOSTR) is a completely new protocol that has absolutely nothing to do with ethereum…the flux relay you mention and are hooked up 2 could be hosted on ethereum but I have no interest and don’t have to connect to anything built on that scammy ass centralized blockchain
