2x4TB of the same are still cheaper but we are getting close. I'm sure my next NAS server (update) will be 100% SSD. I still have 2x20TB HDD for video storage, they cost today 16€/TB, some SSD (slower than the one above but way enough for any NAS/server I would use) are as low as 50€/TB. Just slightly more than 3x.
The gap is getting closer and closer, below 2x it will start to sign the end of HDD.
