GM #nostr - its kind of bizarre to be sat on the beach, soaking up the sun's rays, right on the edge of a fog bank. The Solent is invisible right now and the sound of the fog horns from the ferries, big amd small, is near constant.

It's getting better, the fog bank is thinning and I keep seeing the shapes of the boats as they emerge from the fog looking almost ghost like. It's beautiful to sit and relax for a bit and watch it all.
