I have trouble seeing that happening tbh

China would have a lot to lose and it would pull their deception out into the open

Russia maybe. But then they are stuck fighting a two front war

Turkey isn’t going to do anything. How would they without threatening all of nato?

China and Russia are facing massive depopulation over the next 25 years. That puts their territory at huge risk to outside threats. I don't think they can afford to sit on their hands.

Turkey may be in NATO, but it really isn't worried about Russia any more. It joined NATO to protect itself from the Soviet Union. Now it buys missile defense systems from the Russians. Erdogan likes to threaten Athens and is interested in restoring the Ottoman Empire. While that may be bluster, Turkey has more to gain in undermining the US' relationship with Israel than protecting its NATO status (influence over the Middle East like it used to have).

Perhaps but I can’t seeing any of those risking escalation at this point

And if you’re right, China would need to expend a lot of resources to keep Iran under its wing than the US
