Not exactly, it's a WoT relay using relatr as an 'oracle' and a bucket algorithm for rate limiting and publishing policies. It is intentionally built without using NIP-42, all the accounting is based on the authors of the event. Thanks! I appreciate that you like what we are doing here. It is organic in the sense that any client can connect and subscribe or publish, as there is no NIP-42 auth requirement. Users don't need to sign challenges, and clients don't need to handle auth. However, writing is rate limited by the author signing the event and the bucket algo
