I could probably get down to just those, but… my range of reach would just be my web of trust meaning I wouldn’t get much activity from #introductions or new users in general.
That makes sense.
New user discovery is likely the biggest loser of any antispam approach.

It does mean if things get a bit noisy, I could hide in my tranquility of my #wot for a bit and then re-add some public nodes later. One of the joys of #nostr , flexibility.
I agree - putting the power back in the hands of users is the best approach.
I need to decommission my extra node & free up some hardware.
