Good thing we all became adults and figured out it was a scam propagated by Big Food/Big Pharma, is extremely unhealthy, and is objectively worse for the environment than just eating meat

One of the greatest things my mother ever did when I was a child was not care what was claimed healthy or not so we always had real meat, real eggs, real butter and whole milk. Yes there were unhealthy things, but the foundation was solid.

👑 Legendary. Love my mom but she fell for every scam in the book, unfortunately.

I know she believed some of it, but I suspect instincts prevailed.

Have you seen "You Are What You Eat" on Netflix?

I watched it last week and am begining to think seed oils and too many carbs are the real problem.

The Carnivore diet eliminates both of those problems, but I'm not convinced high cholesterol is a good idea.

Cholesterol = Testosterone production.

True. To be honest, I plan on trying a mostly whole foods plant based diet, but I'll eat steak once a week for sexy time. ☺️
