4 months ago I posted the interview of nostr:npub1art8cs66ffvnqns5zs5qa9fwlctmusj5lj38j94lv0ulw0j54wjqhpm0w5 on nostr:npub1zach44xjpc4yyhx6pgse2cj2pf98838kja03dv2e8ly8lfr094vqvm5dy5 's Flare. I just checked it out and it's not being seen much. Also I was seeing a lot of 0 views scrolling through the videos uploaded. How come that the flare platform is not being used much currently? Is there any "algorithm" necessary to fit the video type with the login?

Curious how #nostridges see this.

Some initial reasons why I rarely use Flare...

1) There is no search - easily the biggest reason. If you arent there for the few videos presented on main screen, you're unlikely to find what you are looking for

2) New videos bury old - directly ties into #1, and reminds me of geyser flaws.

3) Exceptionally limited audience - knowing anything important will be available on other platforms that stream better.

4) No "channel" type organization per person, subscription management tools, etc. Limited analytics.
