The saddest thing is that I’m lactose intolerant and have to limit tomato consumption if I don’t want terrible heartburn. So Italian restaurants aren’t the friendliest menus for me. I miss lasagna. I make delicious lasagna too. Enjoy a bit for me!

Merely to hopefully bring to his attention that there seems to be a growing sentiment that he seems more willing to engage with profiles that are anonymous or male presenting. Whatever his reasoning it annoys me when I hear women feel like simply because of their sex they can’t engage in a community in the same way as men.

Marie is right! Beard oil, usually about a quarter-sized little puddle in my fingers, less when my beard is shorter. I rub it in from my chin down into the beard.
I also have a really nice first cut boar hair brush, combs, and regularly use conditioner in the shower.

My children have never seen me without one and aside for a Halloween costume or two over the years that necessitated shaving it off, I’ve had a beard for ~23 years.
Being clean shaven would make me feel naked.

I wash my cheeks, nose, and forehead just like anyone else. I’m a guy, though, so I only barely know what exfoliating is and if I do it at all, it’s incidental.

I shampoo it least once a week, often more, and I use conditioner every time I shower. The beard oil keeps the beard shiny and makes it smell good, but the real benefit is that it also moisturizes the skin underneath.
And the real question that I’ve always been dying to ask… Does it not interfere with some intimate activities.
I obviously have never dated anyone with much of a beard. 🤣 😬
I once dated a guy with a a wild beard…food kept getting stuck in it so it wasn’t pleasant!
That’s a thought I had.
That’s why I keep my mustache trim. The only food I genuinely struggle with is smores, but that doesn’t stop me.
I also knew a musician with a beard. He was forced to wash his beard in a kitchen sink with dawn once due to a lingering odor, from a lady.

If I’m careful and mostly use my tongue, no wash needed at all. As lips get involved and things get more intense, I’m probably going to need a shower afterwards, or a sink and some conditioner or body wash.

It makes outdoor activities difficult sometimes. If I go to the beach people constantly ask if I’ve applied sunscreen like it’s a psa. I’m probably the only western woman who heard of burkinis and thought excellent idea! What level sun protection is the fabric?
As an ashkenazi Jew, I can’t tan until I’ve burned at least once for the year.
…and even then, the tan is weak.
My sister can tan and get really dark. She also has dark hair and eyes. I’m just the fair haired child.
That’s how my kids are. One looks a different race than me by the end of summer and the other is more like me.
