They're asses if they're not federating with all instances

We on Nostr and Fedi need to remember that Facecbook and Twitter have a lot of users and thousands of servers. Their traffic and load could kill most servers.

When I turned it off, I still seen the posts hit other relays

If they get published to relays I'm using I can, but I have it off by default.
