Why is my follower list nuked every time i try a new nostr app?

That sounds sketchy , makes me think that all clients have an Initial login protocol of some sort in the background. Should be able to log in to any client and see the same thing. Just like , you should be able to put your bitcoin keys in any wallet and see the same thing...
Really hope someone comes out with a technical explanation on this issue.
clients should not save their default relay list (kind 3) on relays at first login. clients should not save contacts of user (also, kind 3) at first login because that list is empty on day 1. the kind 3 has both of those on the same note and might be causing problems because of this I think. instead clients on day 1 need to make sure they are fetching the follow list from relays. and that should be the last saved follow list from relays saved by previous clients. then if they want they can add the relays to that same note and post back to relays. another remedy could be using 10002 as follow list and 3 for relay list but i am not sure if that is popular.
I solved this by not giving attention to follows 😆
Problem is that my feed becomes empty.

Happened to me many times, I use this tool by nostr:npub1jw4e8qh6vmyq0n2tkupv7wlfu5h59luk98dcfedf03anh5ek5jkq936u57 to backup my following and relays
