It’s best not to use the same one for privacy sakes

You can only use a utxo once, then one or multiple new ones are created out of it when consummed.

But you could reuse the same address multiple times, however it's not recommanded for privacy point of view and it could open the risk that some figure out the address you always use, generate one that look very similar and using a vulnerability, virus or hack to make you sign a transaction to the hacker address instead of yours.
