It seems to me that Nostr activity comes in waves.
I think it has more to do with the performance of other networks than the performance or quality of content on Nostr.
Feels like we're in a lull at the moment.
I appreciate those solid & stable nostriches that are always sending their signal out here.
Going to follow #foodstr for a while because it isn't always about bitcoin & nostr.
There will be ever increasing waves as new pockets of people find it, generally "influencers".
Just have to make sure there's a network out there for new people to interact with. Relay operators are da real heroes.
It's a bit like bitcoin.
No one individual matters but it's a better system & so those that can see it adopt & support it's growth.
Relays are the nodes that quietly make this whole thing work. They're critical & yet resigned to live outside the spotlight.
