Spent most of yesterday and this morning going round in circles trying to get Podcasting 2.0, lightning on my self hostedPeerTube live stream. Technically it should be possible but plugins don’t work and stream key vanishes.

Feels like I’m the only person doing this combination of things where I stream live, then onto RSS feeds but most importantly, self hosting the files. I’m leaving GitHub and forum posts but nothing so far.

Maybe someone can help?

I think nostr:npub1yvscx9vrmpcmwcmydrm8lauqdpngum4ne8xmkgc2d4rcaxrx7tkswdwzdu can help out. He live streams his podcast with the lovely nostr:npub19ha7tju4teqp3dmwv4p28wrcy9zd6h6hxkg5mwvjrlfycweazpkse2q0fa then RSS’s it I do believe.

Cheers, yeah would be good to know what they do. Duh Laurien sent me a link once but it was Github and it hurt my tiny brain lol

Yeah self hosting and rss takes a little bit of work. But once you get the hang of it, no one can control your content and its awesome.
