Have you ever read Zen and the art of Motorcycle Maintenance? He goes down that rabbit hole. It was different and interesting. I am not sure if I would recommend it or not.

So: what is quality to you? 
A trait that increases chances of long term survival.
From your mind: What is the highest quality trait?
For me it'd be a mastery of Yoga, i.e. enlightenment.
What's the highest form of enlightenment? How is it attained?
Through love and grace as you connect with the inner Shabd
Compassion.

The answer to that question is the subject matter of the Gita.
The highest form of enlightenment is the complete renunciation of the duality between the individual and supreme self.
There are several Yoga that can lead to it: action, devotion, meditation, renunciation, etc.
All focus on eliminating that which binds you to your ego until you are one with God.
You are God, and God is you--light of light.
CharĆ cter dispositions are one thing ā¦ only when seen long term can many make a fair definition.
Does this make sense?
I think humanity should seek to help others with whatever resources we can. However, we must not make the mistakes that prior generations did. We can do that. You know this.
