There are days I'm just angry and if you ask me why I will honestly not have an answer, I'm just angry. Or maybe it's a blend of annoyed and angry, I know I can't be the only person like this.

It be like that.

There are days where I'm just straight up pissed, but I'm really good about not letting it get out of control. I just let it simmer and post hot takes on Nostr and try to channel it into some real work. Or if I'm not pissed I could be depressed for a bit. It used to be a lot worse, and I really have gotten better about it and am mostly neutral mood-wise nowadays.

Happens to the best of us, me included.. I try to count my gratitude list when I feel this way. Pura Vida brotha ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿงก

This happens a lot in areas like Portland, Or and parts of Washington. Other places too. Sometimes, it's just the spiritual context you're immersed in. If it really isn't anything, or you're over reacting to things, if you know Jesus, you can ask for him to take it away and help you be yourself again. Works amazingly!

I'm sorry you're feeling that way, you definitely aren't alone. Sometimes I try to dig deeper into random emotions because the lack of immediate stimulus can indicate that it's something repressed. But honestly often it's something as simple as I didn't drink enough water instead of any deep psychological issues. I hope you feel better soon!
