I the beginning when it seemed much more harmfull then it ultimately turned out to be, I was living with my grandparents. I tested regularly to avoid infecting them because they are old and susceptible. But with how unharmful it is now I don't see much point anymore.

So look up the little layer that acts like a screen to germs in your nose. And that little layer they wanted to break it so you can always get sick.. look it up..

The panic testing is because they tried to convince us that you could spread it asymptotically, but yes it is common sense to stay home and just rest until you feel better
This has been standard procedure for influenza like illnesses for the best part of a century. Isolate the symptomatic and the susceptible , whilst the healthy get on with their life, helping to build "community immunity " .
