Not sure about your client, but in mine I can go to the menu and see "security filters" where I can modify my block list.
Try look for something similar 🤷🏻
Do you use Damus or Primal?!
Amethyst. But I have primal, let me see if I can figure it out there.

Not quite. It showed only one person. My damus account showed a different list with more than one person. Neither damus or primal have an option to remove users from the muted list. Perhaps I should get amethyst just to use that feature? 🤔
Nevermind, amethyst is for android not IOS

Damus, go to settings, muted and then slide to delete
