I was 90 kilograms then started eating just steak once in a day, stop alco, running along the lake during ☀️
Dropped 15 kilograms within 2.5 months felt like a 16 year old. Stopped doing this and now I’m fat again and actually trying to do the same thing what I did last year.
You mean only eating once a day? Or eating steak once a day along with other regular meals?
