I pay for 3 nostrwine services, 2 media hosts, and hosted relay. I donate regularly to the clients I use regularly, and occasionally to the ones that I use less often. I randomly zap a public relay operator every now & then and zap projects updates for things I want to use or that I think should exist, especially if they are to an actual yesting phase. I donate a few sats through Geyser or Opensats when I have good month.

I cancelled most of my other online subscriptions to fund it. They were all junk. A yoga app? What? Who pays for that? Yoga is better without a screen. I don't watch TV. Why do I pay for TV shows? Nostr provides me value through meaning and connection. It's worth the money that I spend & it helped me realize that giving up the other crap isn't a sacrifice, it's a lifestyle upgrade.
