I started the carnivore diet. 7 days now. Only meats and eggs

How you feel?

Friggin Amazing. At first I withdrew from all the sugar I ate.

I have a very physical job and wear heavy boots. Now the joint and muscle pain I had in the mornings is completely gone.

Ive tried a vegetarian diet for a year then vegan for a year with no results.

This is the best ive felt in years. 🥩 💪

I’ve done the Lion diet since January. Meat is the only way. Also, I look amazing.

I just looked that up. Very cool. I do like the idea of only eating 2 meals a day. And ive done fasting before with great results. During this time did you notice the amount of food youre eating has drastically decreased. I eat about half the amount I used to on an omnivore diet. And on vegan all I did was eat all day.

Yes. Red meat is so nutrient dense and your body uses it all up so I eat and shit way less.

My old diet? Bathroom every morning for 30 minutes lol.

Teriyaki chicken and rice. Low in home-grown content but does feature our own rosemary, thyme.
