Travelling this week: no access to weights so here’s the training:
-200 push-ups
-200 sit-ups
-200 air squats
(You can also do 100 of each instead)
I like to split it up in 10 sets but you can split it up however you like. 30 secs rest between each sets. And I like to start with 1 min of jumping jacks to get the heart rate up
Great training that can be done anywhere, no equipment required
