Just now talking to a friend about the concerning situation with SVB, regional banks and Credit Suisse…

Him: “Oh don’t worry about it, things will be fine. This sort of thing happens every few years.”

This is a very accomplished, self-made man who built an extremely successful insurance business from the ground up!

I guess the building being on fire isn’t enough for most people to see it. They are going to need it to burn to the ground to start feeling concerned 😓

My parents would talk a lot about success and failure like they were managed through the mind. Imagine only success expect only success.

If you watched Jpow's answer on why 2% inflation, he gave a similar response. Thoughts and prayers for 2% is going to give us 2%. Well, why not 0% then, thoughts and prayers y'all, only 0% inflation.

Your friend sounds like these people.
