There's a gendered component, for sure, but this is also solid advice for most women, most of the time.

There's just even less cultural support for that.

I feel for most human being the comfort getting from therapy is ā€œfakeā€and the comfort getting from building something is real🫣why gender is a a factor here

I think I agree with you then. Women just seem to like therapy for some reason and since I am not a woman I don’t presume to tell women therapy is probably not the answer they are looking for. With men though I’m sure I’m right 9/10 times.
