False dichtomy. Talk about it, get advice, think about it, do something about it.

i laughed a bit when I read ā€œwe are not womenā€

😹but other than this part it make sense

It’s absolutely a gender thing.

There's a gendered component, for sure, but this is also solid advice for most women, most of the time.

There's just even less cultural support for that.

šŸ¤”so do you mean statistically woman can benefit from therapy for low self esteem but man cannot

I feel for most human being the comfort getting from therapy is ā€œfakeā€and the comfort getting from building something is real🫣why gender is a a factor here

I think I agree with you then. Women just seem to like therapy for some reason and since I am not a woman I don’t presume to tell women therapy is probably not the answer they are looking for. With men though I’m sure I’m right 9/10 times.

You absolutely are right.

Idk, I used a therapist couple times and it helped get me pointed in the right direction and screw my head on straight. But in general I agree, build a fence or something

Well I think you are the person who finally make the decision to move. Even you didn’t go therapist there might be other trigger because you are you.

My not mature opinion šŸ˜„

Therapy in my experience is more like an expensive cosplay game

Does game help make people feel better? Yes. Does it solve real problem , no
