If you get a nostr.build account you have no limit to the video size and they are automatically stored in your account when you upload with Damus, Snort, Amethyst, nostrudel, Iris, coracle.

Otherwise videos are free up to 25MB, but you don’t have account access to them and can’t delete, etc.
